0:00

Welcome back radical shifters. I'm your host, Carla White. And I am so grateful that we get this time together. Now I want to

0:07

talk to you

0:08

about your beautiful,

0:11

amazing

0:12

ideas and what you're doing with those ideas.

0:15

So, one of my mentors, he spoken a podcast about what you do when you miss

0:21

a big idea when you have this

0:23

idea that comes and goes and

0:25

what you do about it. And his whole gist

0:27

of the podcast is that another one

0:30

will come along.

0:32

And it will,

0:33

in fact, there are thousands and thousands of ideas floating around right now in regards to what to do about certain economical

0:39

issues or health issues,

0:42

all sorts of ideas floating around how to

0:44

make things easier and quicker. In fact,

0:46

I hear a new idea probably three or four times a day, especially in regards to technology making and creating a technical product to solve a problem. I hear a lot of these ideas, but I also hear a lot A lot of ideas about solving these issues of anxiety

1:07

and self doubt, low self

1:09

confidence. People who are depressed, who have suicidal tendencies, I hear a lot of ideas and how to address that which is amazing. There's some really good products that will be coming out. Soon some groups I should say that are coming out soon to help

1:24

with that. So if you have a child,

1:28

or let me just say if you are in the, the, let's say about 17 to 28 year old age bracket, we get something coming out and designed specifically for you,

1:41

and I'm going to be working with a couple of people on that. But

1:45

also, I hear ideas about different art pieces, musicals,

1:52

business ideas, business ideas, to me are

1:56

different ways to go about solving a

1:59

problem.

2:01

And most people will not pull the trigger on these ideas

2:09

for a few reasons. One, they doubt that they're the one who is supposed to be pulling the trigger on that idea

2:18

there the doubt that they actually are capable of doing it. So they

2:24

get this idea. And then they go,

2:26

and

2:28

Are you sure God that you pick the right person because

2:32

I certainly am not qualified for this.

2:35

In fact, there's a client that I'm working with, we're transitioning her into a program or into a role, where she will be able to impact a lot of lives. And she's going through that

2:47

right now.

2:48

How could I be the one?

2:50

How am I qualified for this?

2:54

So so there's that

2:55

first self doubt, and I want to share a story about

2:59

this real quick. So

3:02

we're in the midst of the 21 day mindset reset challenge. And we just

3:07

went through week one week

3:08

one is always so much fun because it's like this rubber band that has been pulled back, pulled

3:13

back, pulled back, pulled back. And then in week one, we finally let go of that rubber band and people are just having so many Hots.

3:20

It's like, their cars, they're practically a new person. By the end of week one, they've just been through so many epiphanies. And one thing that I asked them to do is

3:31

share all the wins that they had in their life.

3:33

All the things that they did wonderfully, it could be winning a karaoke contest, winning and kickball, winning a blue ribbon for a show. It does not matter. Just share, share your wins, pick five of them and just share them in the group.

3:49

And a woman shared that she saved a family.

3:55

She saved them from being broken up.

3:57

They were going through economic hardship and The system

4:01

wanted to take the children into foster care

4:03

and break up the family,

4:04

believing that the parents weren't capable of raising those children. And cheering her husband found a way to help them out. And today, 10 years on that family is still together. Now if that was her only job

4:18

on this planet, I would say she did extremely well.

4:22

But she's got a lot more in her.

4:25

And she had a lot more wins that she shared as well. She went live

4:29

in the group shared these wins. And then she deleted the video. She deleted her live video

4:38

because she felt uncomfortable.

4:41

She felt uncomfortable

4:43

sharing her wins. She felt uncomfortable sharing that she did that, that she helped out that family. And I want to ask you, if I had you go live and just share a few of your biggest wins.

5:01

would you do it? Or would you feel uncomfortable?

5:05

Because it's that uncomfortableness of sharing your wins, that is holding you back.

5:13

People want to work with people who are winning.

5:16

And I have clients that I

5:19

can't believe the stuff that they're doing. It's so amazing. It's so beautiful. And yet, to them, it's mediocre to them. It's not very much. But for me standing on the outside, never not even knowing how to even begin with creating something like they did.

5:38

I am blown away.

5:40

And there are certain individuals who are running our country that gift this,

5:45

they get that you are thinking small about yourself, and they aren't going to think small about themselves. Theirs is the best. Mistakes are the best.

5:57

What is that movie? It's the best

5:58

Oh, a notch. libri

6:02

flag that in there, it's a best. My my schools are the best. My ties are the best. My casinos are the best. Everything's the best. My farts are the best. I mean, like anything this guy does is the best.

6:18

Whether you agree with it or not, it doesn't matter whether you think it's silly, it doesn't matter.

6:23

But it works. It works and so many people are not stepping

6:29

up to that level of owning those ideas of owning the gifts that they have been given. You know who gave those to you? My Angela said once, do you know who I am? Do you know who I am? I'm a child of God. And whether you believe in God or not, it does not matter. But you are energy. You are the stars. I mean, in fact we are part carbon stars or carbon that carbon that is in your body or stars. From stars from a billion years ago,

7:04

that is you and the ideas and the

7:06

creativity that you have inside of you was given to you by God. And for you to

7:11

play small

7:13

is to tell God,

7:14

I don't want any more of these ideas.

7:18

I'm just gonna do a little bit of them. I'm just gonna take this little teeny bit right here, which won't rattle a lot of feathers, won't upset my neighbors. It won't upset my family. It'll keep

7:29

me nice and small. So if I mess up,

7:31

nobody will notice.

7:35

You know, most people aren't paying attention anyway. Trust me, I'm trying to get people's attention and most of them aren't paying attention. You got to do a lot to get people's attention.

7:46

So if you are going to take that quantum leap,

7:49

make that big step. Reach out to somebody

7:53

who can help you already. Make that big move. Don't play smallest anymore. Don't dream small. You know, how many times have you sat in a talk or in a seminar? And the speaker gets on stage? And one of the things they say is, if money wasn't an issue, what would you do? What would you do with your life?

8:20

In at that point, you allow yourself to have a little dream,

8:24

oh, I would go travel. I would take my family,

8:28

I would pay off my mortgage. I would take my or this is like when I win the lottery, right? I would buy a car. And we tend to think really small, we tend to be reasonable about what we should have. We think about what we should have rather than what we really want. I myself guilty of this because I come from a very conservative family

8:59

where Don't break.

9:01

Your work speaks for itself. And it's hard, especially as a

9:08

woman to brag. Because we notice finer details, we notice a wider spectrum of colors, we notice things that most that male species just doesn't notice. So we want to attend to those details before putting our art out there and when we don't

9:27

we criticize ourselves.

9:31

Also, we have been conditioned to believe over and over and over and over and over again, that if we are past the age of 25, and our boobies are perky and our butt isn't perky and we aren't size zero, and we don't have the perfect notes and extensions and all that other stuff, we are worthless to society. 50 What the heck do you have to contribute to society, right? We have been sold creams and lotions and tucks and poles and anything that'll change Keep us looking like are 25. So we then are worthy to contribute to society.

10:07

Guess what

10:08

muses energy God, whatever

10:10

you want to call it does not know about time. It does not understand these

10:18

societal conditions that were created by men. It doesn't understand the societal institutions that were created these problems that were created these fear and lack not enough. I mean, oh my gosh, we don't even have toilet paper for my son's daycare because of a virus.

10:35

I don't know. What are people afraid of?

10:38

What are they eating up? What is the kool aid that they are drinking this fearful Kool Aid over and over and over again? And one of it is, I am too old to contribute. Do you know that a sir certain guy was retired had no money in his pocket. He He failed at everything. He failed at his marriage, he failed, raising his kids. The only thing he did his whole life was a fry cook. And when he retired, and he got that first government check, he was so disappointed in himself that now he couldn't even support himself that he went to go kill himself. He wanted to end his life.

11:28

He thought he failed completely.

11:32

And as he went to this tree to go hang himself, he sat down to write a note a Well, part of the things that he wrote in there were some of the things that he wished he would have done. And just in writing the things that he wished he would have done a new energy infused in him. And an idea came to him and he took that $70 that was given to him by the government and He used it as collateral for a loan to go buy some chicken. And he fried it up with a recipe that his grandma gave him. And then he went around the neighborhood and he sold that chicken. And that little activity, that little movement, that little belief in one tiny idea created KFC and he went on to create a billion dollar industry or not industry, business, excuse me.

12:32

So

12:34

if a man who is at his last breath

12:38

can get an idea,

12:40

honestly, there's an idea coming to you right now to it's probably already in you own it and make it happen. brag about it. That is you in the universe, having fun together and you deserve every bit of it. Every success that you get all right rockstars until next time, keep being awesome and keep creating radical shifts.
